Exchange Policy
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at info@sagesalvia.com within 7 days of order receipt. Please attach a picture in your email. We will issue an exchange for items with the following condition. Unfortunately, we do not offer free exchange and refund. Any exchange will be at your own expense.
- Items must be undamaged
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt
- Items must have all tags attached and be in original packaging
- Item’s must be returned to our returns centre

Products not accepted for exchange:
- The product purchase period has exceeded 7 days.
- The product has been opened (unless spoiled) or has been used beyond 50% of its original capacity.
- The customer has an allergic reaction to the product purchased (the product is not suitable for the customer). If a customer is allergic to a purchased product, it may be caused by the customer not being suitable to use the product. We will not bear any responsibility or related expenses in this regard.
- The product has not been left intact in its packaging, has been damaged, damaged or is incomplete.
- Any products showing discounts or special offers cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Any free gifts, accessories and trial gifts are not returnable or exchangeable.
If it is found that the exchanged product does not comply with the company's exchange terms, it will not be processed. We apologize for the inconvenience. SÖT-recipe reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters related to exchanges.
